02 Chose your class<\/span><\/a><\/p><\/div>

Ideally you should come 30 minutes before training. We would like to take the time to show you the studio and to answer your questions. Depending on the course you choose, you can borrow your equipment for your trial training from us at the Zanshin Dojo. You will also receive a drinking bottle from us and can help yourself to our drinks bar.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
