Combat Submission Wrestling

At the Shoot Wrestling, the learnt techniques from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing are combined into easy sparring practices. Similar to the Ju-Jutsu Allkampf all distances are being fought at the Shoot Wrestling: from standing up to being thrown onto the ground.

Our trainers have been training with the founder of the Combat Submission Wrestling (CSW), Erik Paulson. Former light heavyweight world champion and today’s trainer of a number of UFC fighters like Josh Barnett, Cub Swanson, Sean Sherk etc.

Strategies, endurance, strength and agility are being trained at the Shoot Wrestling. These learnt techniques come from Judo, Wrestling, Sambo, Jiu-Jitsu and Silat.

The technical repertoire consists of throwing techniques, grab handles, joint locks and choking techniques. Later on, striking and kicking techniques are being implied in order to train as realistic as possible.

Here, too, it’s important for us to provide you with injury-free instruction.
