Jeet Kune Do Concepts
Primary objective of the Jeet Kunde Do-Concepts is to teach a wide variety of skills. This way every martial artist can pick an individual and most effective way that works best for him to create his own style. Therefore techniques and training principals of different fighting distances are trained out of different concepts. The special thing about JKD is that there are no restrictions when it comes to style. Techniques from different martial arts are combined into one. This way the performer develops the ability to orient himself in all distances.
The Jeet Kune Do-Concepts System
In the JKD-Concepts the weapon free fighting is separated into four distances in which drill forms and technique s from different martial arts are being trained.
